  • Client-Facing Formal Answer: Professional, formal responses for external communication
  • External Knowledge Answer: General knowledge questions (no company documents, direct LLM query)
• Domain: Filter by department:
  • Business Operations - Finance, billing, revenue, business processes
  • Customer Support - Customer support, engineering support
  • Employee Success - HR policies, benefits, L&D, employee handbook
  • Engineering General - General engineering practices, tools, standards
  • Engineering Operations - On-call, incidents, infrastructure
  • Marketing and Sales - Marketing, sales, customer success
  • Product & Design - Product development, design processes
  • Security and Compliance - Security policies, compliance, legal, vendor management
• Model: Choose different AI models (GPT-5.2, Claude 4.5, local models)
